It is Back To School time in our house. The kids started classes on Monday.
Here is their main classroom and the shelves with all their books,
workbooks and supplies. (organized well at this point anyway)
Here is the Library.

(we recycle... but honestly the poetry jar still smells a lot like pickles)
For a science project they are trying to "mummify" an apple
It is inside the one with all the baking soda. The other apple
is the "control group"
Today's nature hike found a few unknown items.
Once back at the schoolhouse, research showed it was a sort of seed
pod from a Cypress tree. (makes the house smell awesome!)
For recess, Naomi's favorite thing to do is kick someone's butt
in Chinese Checkers. I know it is a bit cliche' but it is truly her
favorite game and she is VERY good at it.
Only 9 more months to go....
