Tonight I had a date night with Naomi.
We had tacos at Tijuana Flats, then we shopped at Walmart.

On the days after work when I do not take Naomi to softball (see yesterday), 
I end up heading with Eli to swim practice.
It's pretty peaceful. Just hearing the drone of a hundred kids splashing the water all at once.

Several afternoons a week through the summer I head from work to the ballpark.
The Sandlot is one of my favorite movies.

Today Eli swam his tail off. He was on fire taking, 1st overall in Freestyle and Backstroke, 2nd overall in Breaststroke and 3rd overall in Butterfly!
He was not the only thing that was on fire.... so were we! Notice the temp on the sign on the way home!
